Stock that doesn't match across systems
Online, in-store and warehouse counts drift apart, so you oversell or can't sell what you have. We sync inventory between Shopify, your POS and your ERP.
Toronto Shopify developers
Ojastra is an ecommerce website developer in Toronto that works on Shopify stores for brands with real revenue. We build custom Shopify apps, connect the store to your ERP, inventory system and POS, and rebuild stores that have outgrown their theme, for a fixed price agreed before we start.
We know the Shopify side of integrations from the inside: pickup.kitchen, our own live ordering platform for food businesses, includes a Shopify POS integration that we built ourselves. You own the code and the accounts, and you see a working version every week.
Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.
Online, in-store and warehouse counts drift apart, so you oversell or can't sell what you have. We sync inventory between Shopify, your POS and your ERP.
One agency says $5K, another says $30K, and neither shows what the extra buys. Our $1,500 blueprint, credited to the build, ends in a fixed price and a written scope.
Ten apps that each fix a small problem slow the store and add monthly fees. We replace the pile with one custom app, or a cleaner setup where that's cheaper.
A slow theme, tangled code and nobody to call. We audit the store, give you written findings and stay available on a care plan from $500/month.
Features Shopify doesn't have: trade and wholesale pricing, custom product options, order approval and delivery rules, built as an app in your own store.
Orders, customers and payments flow into your ERP, QuickBooks or Xero, and products and stock flow back, with the rules agreed up front.
One source of truth for stock across your online store, your shops and your fulfilment partner or warehouse.
In-person sales and online orders in one system. We built a Shopify POS integration into pickup.kitchen and know where these projects trip up.
A faster, cleaner store with redirects set up, so search traffic and old links carry over to the new one.
Delivery dates, pickup options, custom checkout steps and customer account pages that fit how you sell.
Toronto ecommerce brands rarely sell in one place. A Shopify store, a shop or pop-up on a busy street, a wholesale account or two and a marketplace listing each want their own stock count and customer list, and the trouble starts when they disagree. The work that pays off is the plumbing between those channels.
The Canadian details matter too: HST and provincial sales tax by delivery address, Canadian-dollar prices next to a US-dollar store for American customers, Canada Post and courier rates, and fulfilment partners in the warehouse areas around Mississauga and Brampton. We build these into the integrations from the start instead of patching them in later.
We meet GTA brands in person, at your shop or warehouse when that helps, and work with brands elsewhere in Canada over video with the same weekly demo.
Fixed prices in Canadian dollars. The blueprint fee is credited in full when you go ahead with the build.

Custom Shopify apps, integrations and store rebuilds run $5K–$30K CAD over 3–8 weeks. A single integration sits near the low end and a full rebuild with several integrations near the high end. The $1,500 blueprint is credited to the build and ends in a fixed quote.
Agencies bundle strategy, design, ads and retainers. We're engineers: we build the apps, integrations and rebuilds, hand over the code and ask for no mandatory retainer. If you need ad management or product photography, we'll say so and suggest a specialist for that part.
Yes. We connect orders, customers, products and stock between Shopify and ERPs, accounting tools and inventory systems, and we agree the sync direction and rules up front. If your ERP is old and has no API, we look at database and file routes instead.
Yes. We built a Shopify POS integration into pickup.kitchen, our own live ordering platform for food businesses. The blueprint covers how your in-person and online sales should line up before we build anything.
Yes. The code is in your GitHub account, custom apps are created in your own store account, and the theme and domain are yours. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
Yes. We audit the theme, apps, code and settings first, then give you written findings and a fixed price to fix, speed up or rebuild. Work like this typically runs $5K–$30K over 3–8 weeks.
We work best with brands that already have revenue and a process to improve. If you're launching your first store, a standard theme and a few apps will serve you better, and we'll say so.
