Toronto ERP consulting and CRM integration

ERP consultant in Toronto: we connect it, extend it and build around it

Ojastra is an ERP consultant in Toronto with a specific job: we make the ERP or CRM you already have do more of the work. We connect it to your other tools, automate the data entry around it, and build the CRM or internal tool your ERP never had.

To be clear about what we aren't: we're not a licensed reseller or implementation partner for any ERP, we don't sell licences, and we won't tell you to replace a system that works. If you need a full ERP rollout, the free written plan will say so, and we can still handle everything around it.

Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.

Where ERP and CRM projects get stuck

Your admin team is the integration

Orders arrive by email, PDF or a portal, then get typed into the ERP, a spreadsheet and the accounting system. We read them in and enter them for you, with a person checking the odd ones.

An old ERP with no API

The system works, but it won't connect to anything. We look at its database, file exports and imports, and as a last resort software that enters data on screen like a person.

A CRM that's too rigid or too expensive

Per-seat fees climb and your sales process still doesn't fit the screens. A custom CRM of $12K–$40K can fit the way you sell and stop the monthly creep.

Consulting that starts with a six-month discovery

We scope in a week. The $1,500 blueprint, credited to the build, maps your workflow and ends in a fixed price.

ERP system consulting services in Toronto: what we build around your ERP and CRM

Data-entry automation

Purchase orders, supplier invoices and customer orders read from email and PDFs and entered into the ERP, with anything unclear flagged for a person.

Integrations between ERP, CRM, accounting and e-commerce

QuickBooks or Sage, your CRM, Shopify, Stripe and the ERP kept in sync, so the numbers agree without a month-end export.

Custom CRMs for the way you sell

Accounts, quotes, follow-ups and pipeline in one place, with only the fields and screens your team actually uses.

Reporting that doesn't need a spreadsheet

Dashboards on top of your ERP data: stock, margins, open orders and receivables, so Monday's meeting doesn't start with copy-and-paste.

Portals for customers and suppliers

Customers check orders and invoices, suppliers confirm shipments, and nobody phones your office to ask.

A real system to replace the Access database

When an old database or spreadsheet is the system of record, we build a proper replacement and move your data across.

Working with distributors and manufacturers along the 401 and 400

Many businesses that run on an ERP sit in the industrial belts along Highway 401, Highway 400 and the 407: warehouses and plants in Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Etobicoke and Scarborough, close to Pearson airport and the roads trucks take. In these distributors, manufacturers and wholesalers an order, a pick ticket, a truck and an invoice all have to agree, and one re-keyed number becomes a wrong shipment.

The usual gap looks the same everywhere: orders arrive by email, PDF, phone or a retailer's supplier portal, someone types them into the ERP, stock lives in a spreadsheet nobody trusts, and the ERP is too old or locked down to connect. We start in that gap, between the ERP and the way the day really runs.

We meet GTA clients in person, and for this work it matters: walking the receiving dock and the order desk teaches us more than a requirements document. Canadian details such as HST on invoices and customers who pay in US dollars are built in from the start.

Questions owners ask us

Do you do ERP implementation in Toronto, or resell Odoo and other ERPs?

No. We're not a licensed reseller or implementation partner for any ERP, including Odoo, and we don't sell licences. If you run Odoo or another ERP, we build integrations, data-entry automation and tools around it. For a full implementation, a certified partner is the right call.

How much does ERP consulting cost in Toronto?

One integration or one data-entry automation is typically $5K–$12K over 2–4 weeks. A custom CRM or inventory tool that replaces spreadsheets is $12K–$40K over 4–10 weeks. A $1,500 blueprint, credited to the build, ends in a fixed price.

Can you connect an old ERP that has no API?

Often, yes. We check what the ERP offers: an API, database access, scheduled exports or import files. As a last resort we can use software that enters data on screen like a person. The blueprint tells you which route is safest and what it costs.

When is a custom CRM better than an off-the-shelf one?

When your sales process doesn't fit the screens, you pay per seat for features nobody uses, or you keep a spreadsheet beside the CRM anyway. If a standard CRM fits your process, we'll tell you to buy it and connect it to your other tools instead.

How are you different from other CRM consulting firms in Toronto?

We're independent of any ERP or CRM vendor, so there are no licences behind our advice. We recommend what fits, build the connections around it, put the price in writing first and hand you the code.

How do you keep our data safe while building integrations?

The automation gets only the access the job needs, credentials stay in your own accounts and every change is logged. We build against a test copy before touching live data, and a person reviews anything unusual.

Who owns the integrations and custom tools?

You do. The code is in your GitHub account, hosting is in your name, and we document how everything connects so another developer can take over.
