One firm says $8,000, another says $80,000, and nobody explains the gap. Our blueprint ends in one fixed number with the scope written down.
Toronto software development company
Ojastra is a Toronto software development company for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and tools that don't talk to each other. We build the system your team actually needs, for one price agreed before work starts.
You own the code and the accounts from day one, and you see a working version every week, so you never pay for progress you can't check.
Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.
One firm says $8,000, another says $80,000, and nobody explains the gap. Our blueprint ends in one fixed number with the scope written down.

We're based in Toronto and work across the GTA, from Mississauga to Markham. That means meetings in person when they help, your time zone for every call, and invoices in Canadian dollars.
Some projects also qualify for help. Genuinely new technical work may be eligible for SR&ED tax credits or NRC IRAP support, and businesses with $1M or more in revenue may be able to finance AI and digital projects through BDC's LIFT program. We write the technical documentation; your accountant or BDC confirms eligibility.
Fixed prices in Canadian dollars. The blueprint fee is credited in full when you go ahead with the build.

Not always. If a $50-a-month tool does 90% of the job, we'll tell you to buy it. Custom software pays off when you're paying for several tools, re-keying data between them, or bending your process around software that doesn't fit.

No call needed. You get the approach, a price range and a timeline in writing, free.
