Five tools and no single customer record
Sales keeps one list, billing another and support a third. We connect them so a customer is one record, whichever team is looking.
Software development for Atlanta businesses
If your Atlanta company has a collection of tools that don't share data, or a process that only works because one person remembers how, Ojastra's custom software development replaces both. We work remotely from Toronto, on Eastern time.
The price is fixed before we start, a working demo arrives every week and the code and the accounts it runs in are yours. There is no Atlanta office, and the first thing we tell you is that we are in Toronto.
Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.
Sales keeps one list, billing another and support a third. We connect them so a customer is one record, whichever team is looking.
Reports and recommendations pile up while the work stays undone. Our plan ends in a build you can price and schedule.
Businesses that move goods spend hours confirming what arrived and when. Status updates from a driver's phone or a carrier feed save the calls.
Someone reconciles each payment against its invoice and chases the odd ones. Automation takes the routine matches and flags exceptions for a person.
Atlanta's airport, rail and trucking links make it a distribution crossroads. We build shipment status boards, driver check-in tools and customer tracking pages.
Reconciliation helpers, approval flows and reporting for businesses that move money, with audit trails and role-based access.
Customer apps for booking, ordering and accounts across iPhone, Android and the web, with an admin side your team manages.
A single tool for jobs, customers, invoices and schedules, shaped to the way your team already works.
Accounting, CRM, e-commerce and payments kept in sync, so staff stop copying figures from one screen to another.
Calls answered and booked, inquiry emails sorted and replied to, and documents filed, with a person reviewing the exceptions.
Atlanta is the Southeast's transportation hub. A major airport, rail lines and interstates make logistics and distribution a core part of the local economy, and the city has a long-standing fintech and payments industry. Software requests from those sectors usually come to one thing: get status and money moving without a person watching every step.
Many Atlanta owners begin by searching for an IT consultant. If what you need is help choosing, connecting or building software, that is what we do, and the free written plan is a no-cost way to see our recommendation. If what you need is on-site support or device management, a managed service provider is the better call, and we'll say so.
We are in Toronto and share Eastern time with Atlanta, so demos and calls are scheduled the way you would schedule them with a local firm. English is our first language, the contract norms will look familiar, and our Canadian-dollar costs usually favor US clients. US dollars are available on request.
Fixed prices in Canadian dollars. The blueprint fee is credited in full when you go ahead with the build.

A free written plan within 48 hours, then a one-week blueprint ($1,500, credited to the build) that ends in one fixed price and a schedule.
A working link to click every week. Milestone payments, no hourly surprises. Scope changes are priced in writing before we build them.
You own the code and accounts from day one. Optional care plan from $500 a month for hosting, fixes and small changes.
Our own live ordering and meal-plan platform for food businesses.
An AI coaching app we took from idea to paid MVP.

An IT consultant often advises, and a software company builds. We do both in sequence: a written plan first, then a fixed-price build. We don't manage devices, networks or a help desk.
Often, yes. Syncing two tools or automating a handoff costs $5K–$12K CAD and takes two to four weeks. If the old system is the problem, we'll tell you when replacing it is cheaper.
Ojastra is based in Toronto and has no Georgia office. Atlanta and Toronto keep the same clock, so nothing about the schedule feels remote.
The smallest projects we take on start at $5K CAD. For anything bigger, the $1,500 blueprint shows what you would get at each price level before you commit, and the free written plan costs nothing.
A care plan from $500 a month covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes. Bigger additions are quoted as separate fixed-price projects.
No call needed. You get the approach, a price range and a timeline in writing, free.
