A site nobody can update
The first web designer disappeared, and now the logins, the domain and the hosting are all in someone else's name. We put everything in accounts you own and show you how it fits together.
Burlington web, software and app development
Ojastra is a web developer for Burlington businesses whose needs outgrew a template: bookings, quotes, customer accounts, integrations and the software behind them. We also build custom apps and AI automation, always at a price you approve before we begin.
Burlington sits right on the QEW, so a visit to your office, shop or yard is easy, and you see a working version every week.
Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.

Renovation, landscaping and service firms lose evening and weekend enquiries because nobody can answer. A request form that books or quotes on its own catches them.
Estimates in one app, invoices in another, notes in a text thread. We connect them so each job has one history.
Good advice ends in a plan, a price and a finish date. Ours does, and we say when an off-the-shelf product is enough.
Estimates, scheduling, crew assignment and invoices for the renovation, landscaping, cleaning and HVAC businesses serving neighbourhoods from Aldershot to Appleby.
Insurance brokers, accountants and advisors can swap emailed attachments for a portal with documents, e-signatures and status updates.
Quotes, orders and delivery status for the light manufacturers and distributors along the QEW, tied to your accounting software.
Online ordering, ticketing and booking for restaurants, shops and event operators around Brant Street and Spencer Smith Park, ready for the busy weekends.
Member areas, account pages and mobile apps for iPhone and Android, built once for both phones where that saves money.
Burlington has a lakefront downtown around Brant Street and Spencer Smith Park, residential neighbourhoods that keep a steady stream of home-service firms busy, and industrial parks along the QEW where manufacturers and distributors work. Each of those needs different software, so a Burlington project starts by asking which of the three you are.
The Skyway bridge carries the QEW across Burlington Bay toward Hamilton, and many local firms serve customers on both sides of it and across Halton. Territory and route handling, who covers which postal code and when, is a common starting point for software here.
Halton businesses that do genuinely new technical work may qualify for SR&ED or NRC IRAP support, and companies earning $1M or more a year may look at BDC LIFT. We prepare the technical write-up; your accountant, NRC or BDC decides eligibility.

Our work starts at $5K, which is the range for one automation or integration. A Shopify store rebuild is $5K–$30K, an internal tool $12K–$40K and a customer-facing web or mobile app $20K–$60K. Template-only sites at $1,000 are outside what we do, and a $1,500 blueprint fixes your exact number first.
Yes. We audit the code, hosting and accounts, tell you what is sound and what isn't, and quote a fixed price to fix, secure and hand it over. Rescues usually run $5K–$20K over two to six weeks.
We advise on and build business systems: which tools to keep, how to connect them, and what is worth custom-building. We don't provide help-desk support, laptop management or network monitoring.
Everything runs in your own accounts. A care plan from $500 a month covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes, or you can look after it yourself.
Yes. Burlington is part of the GTA-and-nearby area where we meet clients face to face. We usually do a kickoff on site, then run the weekly demos by screen share.
Yes, for set jobs: picking up after-hours calls, booking estimates and replying to web enquiries in minutes. Anything sensitive goes to a person. A single automation runs $5K–$12K and takes two to four weeks.
No call needed. You get the approach, a price range and a timeline in writing, free.
