North York has its own downtown along Yonge Street between Sheppard and Finch, where head offices, financial firms, professional practices and the civic centre sit above two subway lines. Office teams there share a pattern: lots of tools, little integration, and an IT department that is stretched across all of it.
Health care is a major employer in the district, with large hospitals and care providers nearby. Hospital systems are a different world and not our focus, but the independent clinics, specialists and care businesses around them often run on forms, phone calls and spreadsheets. That's where we build booking, intake and follow-up tools.
York University's Keele campus and the big shopping centres at Yorkdale and Fairview give North York a student and retail economy with seasonal crowds. Because North York is part of Toronto, a meeting at your office is an easy trip, and weekly demos run on screen either way.
