It works on your laptop and breaks with real users
Sign-in failures, slow pages, payments that sometimes don't record. A prototype that carries five testers can fall over at fifty.
AI-built app rescue
If you've built an app with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor or Claude Code and it now has to survive real users, Ojastra can fix the AI-built app and make it production-ready. We start with a fixed-price audit, then fix, secure and deploy it, and tell you honestly if a rebuild would cost less.
We work remotely with founders and owners across Canada and the US from our Toronto base. You get findings in plain English, a fixed price for the fix and a working demo every week, and the code ends up in your own accounts.
Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.
Sign-in failures, slow pages, payments that sometimes don't record. A prototype that carries five testers can fall over at fifty.
The screens look finished, but you can't read the code and have no way to know what sits underneath. We tell you in writing what's solid, what's fragile and what's missing.
Exposed keys, open database rules and unprotected admin pages are easy to miss in generated code. We look for them before your customers' data is at stake.
Some will throw the code away and charge for a new build. We keep what's good, replace what isn't and show our reasoning.
We read what the tool generated and check its structure, dependencies, tests and how data is stored.
Secrets, permissions, sign-in, input handling and database rules checked, and the gaps closed.
Bugs, flows that fail halfway, slow queries and screens that don't work on a phone.
Stripe, email delivery and connections to your other tools set up properly and tested end to end.
Separate test and live environments, backups, error alerts and hosting in your name.
The repository and documentation handed over, or a care plan from $500 a month if you'd rather we keep it running.
Start with the free written plan: tell us what you built, with which tool and what's going wrong, and within 48 hours you get the approach and a price range. Next is a one-week audit at a fixed price, which is our $1,500 blueprint and is credited to the fix. It ends in a findings document and a fixed quote to fix, secure and deploy.
A fix typically costs $5K–$20K CAD over two to six weeks. Sometimes patching costs more than starting clean, because the structure is wrong at the root, and then we show you the comparison. Either way you keep the audit findings.
AI builders are good at reaching a first version quickly, and we're not here to scold anyone for using them. The gap is review: a senior engineer reading what was generated before it carries customers' data and money.
Fixed prices in Canadian dollars. The blueprint fee is credited in full when you go ahead with the build.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The audit is fixed first, the fix is quoted from it, and any extra scope is agreed in writing before we start. See all prices.
A free written plan within 48 hours, then a one-week blueprint ($1,500, credited to the build) that ends in one fixed price and a schedule.
A working link to click every week. Milestone payments, no hourly surprises. Scope changes are priced in writing before we build them.
You own the code and accounts from day one. Optional care plan from $500 a month for hosting, fixes and small changes.
An AI coaching app we took from idea to paid MVP.
Start with an audit by someone who can read the code: structure, security, data handling, tests and deployment. Then fix what's broken in order of risk. We do both at a fixed price: the audit is the $1,500 blueprint, credited to the fix, and the fix is typically $5K–$20K CAD over two to six weeks.
Yes. The same goes for apps built in Bolt, Replit, Cursor or Claude Code. We begin by reading the code and checking how data, sign-in and payments are handled, then move it into your own GitHub account and hosting if it isn't there already.
Real users, real data and real money have to be able to go through the app safely. That takes secure sign-in and secrets, working payments, backups, error alerts, separate test and live environments, and documentation so another developer can take over.
It depends on the foundations. Fixing costs less when they're sound; when they aren't, a rebuild avoids paying twice, and a custom app is typically $20K–$60K CAD. The audit tells you which, with numbers, before you commit to either.
About a week for the audit, then two to six weeks for the fix, depending on how much is broken and how many integrations the app has. You see a working link every week.
We work on a separate copy first, take a backup before any change to live data and plan releases for a quiet time. If your app already has paying users, tell us in the plan request so we can schedule around them.
Yes. We work in your GitHub, hosting and database accounts, or move the app into them, so nothing sits with us when we finish.
No call needed. You get the approach, a price range and a timeline in writing, free.
