Loads, drivers and paperwork in four places
A dispatcher juggles a load board, a texting app, a spreadsheet and a folder of scanned delivery paperwork. Missed pickups and late invoices follow.
Brampton web development company and software team
Ojastra is a web and software development company for Brampton businesses that move, store and make things. We build dispatch tools, driver apps, warehouse systems and the websites that feed them, at a fixed price agreed before work starts.
Brampton is part of the GTA we serve in person, so we can walk your yard, dock or shop floor before we design anything.
Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.
A dispatcher juggles a load board, a texting app, a spreadsheet and a folder of scanned delivery paperwork. Missed pickups and late invoices follow.
Trips, hours and deductions get added up from paper logs at the end of every pay period, and someone always finds a mistake afterwards.
Off-the-shelf software charges per seat and still can't handle one customer's odd rules. You keep a spreadsheet beside it for everything it misses.
A $1,000 template gives you a page, not a pipeline. We don't build those; we build quote requests and carrier onboarding that land directly in your system.
Every load, driver and appointment on one screen, with status updates that customers can see without phoning in.
Photos, signatures and timestamps captured on the phone, saved when the signal drops and sent when it returns.
Trips, hours and deductions turn into pay statements automatically, and a person reviews anything that looks odd before it goes out.
Scan in, put away, pick and ship, with stock levels that match what's on the shelf.
Quote requests, service-area pages and customer logins connected to your dispatch and accounting tools.
Brampton is one of the GTA's main logistics and trucking centres, with warehouses, distribution centres and fleets spread along the Highway 401, 407 and 410 corridors and the rail lines that cross the region. Many of these firms began as an owner and a truck and grew faster than their systems did.
Manufacturing is the other pillar, from food and packaging to auto parts and metal products. We see the same pattern in both worlds: a clever spreadsheet that one person understands. Replacing it with a system anyone can run is usually a $12K–$40K internal tool.
If your drivers, dispatchers or shop-floor staff work in more than one language, say so early. We design screens with plain wording and large buttons, and can add a second language to the interface. You supply the translations; we build the switch and test it with your crew.
Fixed prices in Canadian dollars. The blueprint fee is credited in full when you go ahead with the build.

A dispatch board, a driver app and a pay calculator can be priced separately or together, and either way the number is fixed once the blueprint is done. See all prices.
A free written plan within 48 hours, then a one-week blueprint ($1,500, credited to the build) that ends in one fixed price and a schedule.
A working link to click every week. Milestone payments, no hourly surprises. Scope changes are priced in writing before we build them.
You own the code and accounts from day one. Optional care plan from $500 a month for hosting, fixes and small changes.
Our own live ordering and meal-plan platform for food businesses.
A dispatch board and driver app for your own staff falls in the $12K–$40K range and takes four to ten weeks. If customers or owner-operators also log in, expect $20K–$60K over six to twelve. One add-on, such as pay calculation linked to your accounting software, is $5K–$12K, and a $1,500 blueprint pins the number down first. The first clickable version arrives in week one or two.
Yes. We build for iPhone and Android from one codebase, and the driver screens keep photos and signatures on the phone until the signal returns. We test on the phones your drivers already carry.
Usually, if those products offer an API or an export. We check during the blueprint week and tell you plainly if something can't be connected. A single integration is $5K–$12K over two to four weeks.
A designer builds pages. A trucking or manufacturing firm usually needs what sits behind them: quote requests, carrier onboarding and customer logins that land in your dispatch and accounting tools. We start at $5K, so a template site at $1,000 is something to buy elsewhere.
We plan business systems: what to buy, connect or build, written up with prices. Help desks, laptop repair and network monitoring are not services we provide, so a managed IT firm is the right call for those.
Possibly. Fleets and distributors with revenue over $1M can ask BDC about its LIFT financing for digital projects, and SR&ED or NRC IRAP may apply if the work tackles a new technical problem. BDC, NRC or your accountant makes the call.
No call needed. You get the approach, a price range and a timeline in writing, free.
