Intake forms retyped at the front desk
New patients and clients fill in a paper or PDF form, and a receptionist copies it into the practice software. It takes minutes per person and invites typos.
Richmond Hill web and software development
Ojastra is a website developer for Richmond Hill clinics, professional firms and offices that need a site and a system that work together: online booking, intake forms, client portals and automation. We also build custom software and apps, and each project has a fixed price before we start.
Richmond Hill is up Yonge Street from our Toronto base, so in-person meetings are easy to arrange.
Fixed price. You own the code. A working demo every week.
New patients and clients fill in a paper or PDF form, and a receptionist copies it into the practice software. It takes minutes per person and invites typos.
Every unanswered call is a booking that goes to the next clinic or firm. Someone has to catch it, even at six in the evening.
Accountants and bookkeepers spend the busiest weeks chasing documents by email. A checklist portal shows clients what's still missing.
The site looks fine, but nobody asked how bookings reach the practice software. We start with that workflow and build the site around it.
Patients book online, complete forms before they arrive and get reminders. Staff see a clean schedule instead of a stack of paper.
Document requests, status tracking and secure messages in one place, with a record of what the client has and hasn't sent.
An AI assistant handles routine calls and bookings after hours and passes anything clinical, legal or urgent to a person.
Reporting dashboards, approvals and integrations for smaller teams that don't have a developer free for this.
Website development that sends each enquiry into your CRM, tags it and starts the follow-up.
Richmond Hill's economy leans on professional services and health care: dental and medical clinics, physiotherapists, accountants, lawyers, and real estate and mortgage offices, many of them along Yonge Street and Highway 7. Those practices live on appointments and paperwork, so the biggest wins are usually at the front desk.
The Yonge and Highway 7 corridors also hold technology and engineering offices that sit between Markham and Vaughan. Those teams need integrations and internal tools more than websites, and we handle that side as readily as the public site.
Practices hold personal information, so we scope privacy at the start: who can see which records, where the data is hosted and how long it's kept. Your privacy officer or lawyer confirms the requirements, because we don't give legal advice. Clinic projects with new technical methods may also fit SR&ED or NRC IRAP, as your accountant or NRC will confirm.

Our own live ordering and meal-plan platform for food businesses.
An AI coaching app we took from idea to paid MVP.
A site that only describes your practice isn't what we build. One with booking, intake or client logins is a web app at $20K–$60K, a smaller integration is $5K–$12K, and an internal tool is $12K–$40K. We don't do $1,000 template sites, and the free written plan arrives within 48 hours.
Often, depending on what the software exposes. During the blueprint week we check whether it has an API, an import route or neither, and we tell you plainly what's possible. One connection is typically $5K–$12K and takes two to four weeks.
It can be, with the right design: logins, role-based access, encrypted connections, hosting you've agreed to and an audit trail. We build to the requirements your privacy officer or lawyer sets, and we don't give legal advice.
For specific jobs, yes: answering routine calls, confirming appointments, chasing missing documents. It is not worth it as a general project. A person always handles anything clinical, legal or sensitive.
We review the systems you use, choose what to connect or replace, and write the plan with prices. Managed IT, help-desk support and network monitoring are separate services we don't provide, so keep or find a provider for those.
Most take six to twelve weeks if patients or clients log in, and four to ten for a staff-only tool. You can click through the first working version by week two.
A web design company can give you a good-looking site. A clinic or firm also needs booking, intake and client logins that connect to the software behind the front desk, and that is the part we build. Projects start at $5K, so if a $1,000 brochure site is all you need, hire a designer.
No call needed. You get the approach, a price range and a timeline in writing, free.
